We came to Stalybridge to watch the FC United game. (31.7.10)We enjoyed ourselves that much, we ended up missing ,ost of the game!!

I think the Ale trail is next on our list....including an extended stay in the buffet bar

Today I had the pleasure of drinking and dining in your lovely bar. I'd travelled from Whitby on the train from Scarborough to meet up with a few colleagues for a few pints and a natter. A good time was had by all and I was extra fortunate in choosing the All Day Breakfast, what a good choice that was, so thanks to one and all for a lovely lunch with special thanks to Lisa for the cooking. I had a particularly Grand Day Out, and hopefully I'll be doing something similar in the not too distant future. Best Wishes from John Howarth

Love the buffet bar,a great place to start or finish a Pennine ale trail.

I'd just like to to say thanks to all the staff last Saturday lunch time (1st August), 6 North Easterners had a great first ale trail stop (the best we thought), the food was great ,as was the beer, but especially the chap that greeted us at 11:50 (sorry don't know his name), with advice , help, fliers, tasters, and offers to take photo's.

We've decided to do it again, but may not bother with the other stops this time!
